Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Panchkula (Haryana) was established in June, 2013 in order to serve the farming community of district Panchkula. KrishiVigyan Kendra, for the development of human resource, is engaged to train the farmers, farm women and extension workers and to involve the Kendra in the process of technology generation with vocational courses in agriculture and allied fields. The KVK is a grass roots level institution to impact need based and skill oriented short and long term vocational training courses for agriculture clients. KrishiVigyan Kendra, Panchkula has its own 25 acres farm land at village Garidan. The Kendra works on the principle of collaborative participation of scientists, subject matters specialists, extension workers and farmers.
